When a girl like me loves to eat this much.. I also have to find ways to keep fit and healthy!
Here are some basic tips I use on a everyday basis to do so;

  1. Do you own a Spin Bike? or is there a gym close by that conducts Spin Classes?
  • Grab your sneakers and water bottle.
  • Youtube a spin routine (recommended -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFbjsRvjF-A )
  • Get on the Bike!
  • 3-4 days a week
  • Feel the Burn! 
     2. You know you can't exercise and eat unhealthy! & I know my blog is tempting ;)
  • NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST - major rule! 
  • Instead of Chocolate and those high calories snacks.. dump them for almonds, or treat yourself with dark chocolate.. (I'm sure you like that dark chocolate suggestion)
  • Lock off eating huge meals after 6pm. C'mon guys! have Tuna/Sardines/Boiled Eggs topped with black pepper.
If you know you're going to eat as much as I do you'll have to work harder! Especially with the Exercises!

Even if you don't own a spin bike - get an elliptical or treadmill! just get on it and burn those calories to stay in those sexy jeans you love!
